Registered Nurse, RN - Weekend Visits

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Provide skilled nursing care for acute and post-acute conditions (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• At least one year of current/recent medical experience with adult/geriatric population in acute
• Previous home health and OASIS documentation experience required
• Ability to work independently and make real-time clinical decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
