📋 Description

Follow care plans for patient needs
Make 1:1 home visits in Wyomissing area

🎯 Requirements

Current Pennsylvania RN license
Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience
Prior home care experience preferred
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Ability to work independently and manage time
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
