Registered Nurse - Senior Living Visits

📋 Description

• Provide home health visits in Staunton, Harrisonburg, Charlottesville & surrounding areas.
• Per diem with flexible schedules and 1:1 patient care.
• Follow care plans; administer meds, wound care, treatments.
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with and document doctors' orders; perform assessments.
• Case management and documentation via a touch-pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Virginia RN license (current).
• Minimum one year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma).
• Ability to work independently and manage time; strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
