Registered Nurse - Senior Living Visits

📋 Description

• Follow designated care plans per patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to management.
• Document doctors' orders and perform follow-up.
• Assess clients and participate in case management.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Maryland RN license.
• 1+ year recent clinical (medical/surgical) exp.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Prior home care exp preferred, not required.
