📋 Description

• Provide complex home care for patients of all ages in Philadelphia.
• Manage transitions from hospital or HICU to ongoing home care.
• Partner with CHOP and train BAYADA care teams.
• Overnight and day shifts; weekend options available.
• Travel within Philadelphia County to patient homes.
• Join a supportive team focused on patient-centered care.

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license
• NICU/PICU/ICU or home care trach/vent experience
• Pass high-tech adult & pediatric simulations
• Hold current CPR certification
• Ability to educate BAYADA care team
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule
