Deliver quality home care to infants, children, and adults on the Transition Team.
Support hospital-to-home transitions for complex care patients.
Provide training to BAYADA care teams for ongoing patient care.
Work day or overnight shifts; 40 hours per week.
Serve clients across Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties.

🎯 Requirements

NICU, PICU, ICU or home care trach/vent experience required
Pass high-tech adult and pediatric simulations
CPR certification required
Able to teach and educate BAYADA care team
40 hours per week schedule with consistent hours
Weekend availability (at least two weekend shifts per month)
