Registered Nurse - Transition Team

📋 Description

• Support transition of care from hospital to BAYADA home care.
• Deliver quality home care to clients with complex needs.
• Learn care for clients with rare and complex diseases.
• Train ongoing BAYADA care teams on patient needs.
• Choose day or overnight shifts; 40 hours per week.
• Travel within Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties.

🎯 Requirements

• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required.
• Pass high-tech adult and pediatric simulations.
• Hold current CPR certification.
• Ability to teach and educate BAYADA care team.
• Commit to an ongoing 40-hour per week schedule.
• Weekend availability – at least two weekend shifts per month.
