📋 Description

Provide 1:1 skilled nursing and rehab at home per care plan.
Administer medications and perform wound care.
Assess client condition; educate patient and family.

🎯 Requirements

Current Hawaii nursing license in good standing.
Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with adult/geriatric care.
