Registered Nurse - Weekend SOC Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Follow designated care plans per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in assigned areas
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments
• Monitor conditions and report changes to management
• Document doctor orders and perform client assessments
• Coordinate case management and care delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Current Maryland RN license
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) exp
• Home care experience preferred but not required
• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
