Regulatory Compliance Officer

📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and implement compliance programmes
• Provide regulatory advisory on new and existing financial regulations
• Conduct regulatory impact assessments for proposed changes to legislation or regulatory guidance
• Draft and review internal policies, procedures, and controls
• Act as primary point of contact and liaison with regulatory bodies, central banks, and governmental
• Develop and deliver targeted training to staff on regulatory topics and compliance obligations

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law)
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian, with articulate and professional communication skills in both
• 4 years prior experience in Banking, Fintech, legal or compliance functions
• Crypto & Payments Experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Suite
• Ability to operate independently and challenge senior management where necessary
