Regulatory Compliance Officer

📋 Description

• Monitor regulatory developments applicable to crypto-asset service providers (CASPs), including
• Assess their impact on Bitstack's business and provide actionable recommendations
• Share regulatory updates and summaries with relevant teams and senior management
• Draft, update and coordinate the approval of compliance policies and procedures
• Ensure that these remain consistent with applicable regulations and operational practices
• Review cases escalated by the AML/CFT analyst team and determine whether a suspicious transaction

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in banking and financial law, compliance, finance or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in compliance within a crypto-asset service provider (CASP), a
• Strong knowledge of the French and European AML/CFT regulatory framework; knowledge of MiCA is a
• Proven experience in preparing and filing suspicious transaction reports
• Experience liaising with supervisory and regulatory authorities, particularly the AMF, ACPR and
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills, with the ability to summarise complex information clearly
