• Advise senior management and the board on regulatory compliance matters and provide regular

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years' relevant compliance experience
• Is based in Ireland
• Experience developing a regulatory framework within a start-up or scale-up environment
• Working knowledge of the ESMA regulatory framework applicable to ESG ratings including governance
• Experience analysing, assessing and managing regulatory and compliance risks
• Experience designing and implementing effective systems and controls for regulatory and governance
