Regulatory Financial Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end prep and filing of FFIEC bank regulatory reports (031/041/051)
• Build and maintain the regulatory reporting framework and calendars
• Interpret and apply FFIEC/OCC/FDIC guidance to BNPL reporting
• Monitor changes to regulatory requirements and update schedules
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Eng to source data
• Support regulatory examinations and audits with documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in bank regulatory reporting, FFIEC Call Reports
• Deep knowledge of FFIEC instructions, schedules, and capital calculations
• Experience with OCC-regulated banks or de novo bank reporting
• Strong GAAP understanding; bridge GAAP to regulatory reporting
• Proficiency with regulatory reporting software and advanced Excel
• CPA, CFA, or related certification preferred
