Regulatory Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide healthcare regulatory expertise directly to the client and the Yellow Brick project team.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including safety codes and
• Serve as an advisor and provide expert guidance on healthcare regulations, standards, and best
• Lead complex, high-profile and/or high-risk healthcare facility regulatory projects successfully.
• Research regulatory requirements on topics and concerns raised by the Yellow Brick team and project
• Develop and implement compliance plans, licensing plans, regulatory strategies, and training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent expertise and experience in the industry required.
• Significant years of industry experience required.
• Familiarity with regulatory agencies and industry standards such as AIA, ACHE, ASHE, TJC, CDPH
• Experience with large projects within the healthcare industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of Visio and Access.
