📋 Description

• Review eComms and Trade surveillance alerts, be involved in improving the Compliance product to
• Work in a space in which you will continuously learn and stay abreast of what is happening in the
• Influence the product design of a high growth AI based company, working alongside other talented
• Decode "trader lingo/speak" and liaise with front office staff to understand complex trading
• Understand and articulate the various forms of market abuse, conflicts of interest, and other
• Identify / escalate non-standard communications or activities that hint at potential misconduct.

🎯 Requirements

• A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace
• Strong knowledge of market abuse and other forms of misconduct that manifest in financial services
• Good understanding of the regulatory landscape and guidance on regulatory topics
• Good understanding of "trader speak" including surveillance operating models and governance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) accompanied by excellent
