• Review eComms and Trade surveillance alerts
• Improve the Compliance product to allow expansion, and provide support for new clients in multiple
• Continuously learn and stay abreast of the risk and regulatory landscape
• Influence the product design of a high growth AI based company
• Decode 'trader lingo/speak' and liaise with front office staff to understand complex trading
• Understand and articulate the various forms of market abuse, conflicts of interest, and other

🎯 Requirements

• A deep and genuine interest in Behavox
• Strong knowledge of market abuse and other forms of misconduct that manifest in financial services
• Good understanding of the regulatory landscape and where to find relevant guidance
• Good understanding of 'trader speak' including surveillance operating models and governance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent analytical skills
