📋 Description

• Lead rehab field staff to deliver BAYADA quality care.
• Partner with Clinical Manager to coordinate field staff and care.
• Oversee rehab service delivery; review therapy docs and ICD coding.
• Ensure proper clinician matches and documentation from start to discharge.
• Support case management, authorizations, and interdisciplinary communication.
• Serve as internal case manager and client advocate.

🎯 Requirements

• Current CO license in good standing (PT/OT/SLP).
• Graduation from accredited therapy program.
• Supervisory experience aligned with program requirements.
• At least two years direct therapy experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and record of goal achievement.
• Completion of required clinical quizzes and background checks.
