Rehabilitation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and support rehab field staff to BAYADA standards.
• Partner with Clinical Manager and Director for care coordination.
• Oversee rehab delivery: review therapy docs and ICD coding.
• Ensure clinicians matched to clients; docs move start to discharge.
• Manage case management, authorizations, and interdepartmental communication.
• Provide clinical oversight: hiring, competency, and supervision.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Hawaii PT/OT/SLP license.
• Graduate from accredited therapy program.
• Supervisory experience in therapy programs.
• Minimum 2 years direct therapy experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven results.
• Complete required clinical quizzes and background checks.
