Develop and maintain strong relationships with IFAs and MFDs to promote Groww Mutual Fund offerings.
Achieve assigned sales and AUM targets through consistent partner engagement and field activity.
Conduct regular product training sessions and provide marketing support to partners.
Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential distributors in the region.
Provide ongoing service, support, and updates on product changes or new launches.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during interactions and sales

🎯 Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
2-7 years of experience in mutual fund distribution or sales, especially in the IFA/MFD ecosystem.
Good understanding of mutual fund products and the distribution channel.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
