📋 Description

• Own the release calendar and cadence across Heidi's products.
• Run release readiness and go/no-go with engineering leads.
• Coordinate cross-team releases with engineering, QA, security, and support.
• Manage enterprise health system releases: notes, comms, staged rollouts.
• Ensure release processes meet medical device compliance.
• Improve DORA metrics: lead time and deployment frequency.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience running software releases at a fast SaaS company.
• Technically fluent; read pipelines and plan rollbacks.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD, observability, source control, feature flags.
• Calm under pressure; reliable release day performer.
• Strong communication with engineers and enterprise customers.
• Bias for velocity with healthcare enterprise discipline.
