Release Train Engineer

📋 Description

• Establish and mature the Agile Release Train operating model, including effective cadences
• Provide an end-to-end, high-level view of delivery timelines and dependencies to promote
• Plan and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, ensuring teams are aligned on objectives
• Track PI objectives, delivery progress, risks, impediments, and cross-team dependencies, escalating
• Facilitate ART-level events such as ART Syncs, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt sessions, and
• Identify and remove systemic impediments that affect multiple Agile teams or shared services.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, such as Release Train Engineering, Senior Scrum Master
• Proven experience coordinating multiple Agile teams and facilitating complex software delivery
• Strong understanding of software solutions and practical knowledge of integrated, end-to-end
• Demonstrated experience facilitating PI Planning and coordinating multi-team delivery
• Strong facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, coaching, and stakeholder-management
• Ability to build alignment across technical and business stakeholders and effectively navigate
