Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Leading Preventive Maintenance Plan & Execution.
• Review & Assuring Required Spare parts & Inventory Level.
• Develop Action Plan (Mitigation, Corrective & Preventive) for breakdown/issue.
• Review Preventive Maintenance plan to be dynamic and suit to real condition of plant.
• Defining standards & procedure.
• Coordinating Maintenance Program within internal & external team.

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree (Bachelor) or higher in Engineering or other related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment (strong preference in FMCG) including
• Min of 2 years in a people leadership with strong focus on development of teams.
• Experience of change management within the plant to improve organization performance, in safety and
• Project management experience including leading a project.
• Understanding of budgeting and financial processes.
