Reliability Success Manager

📋 Description

• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with technical project leads & maintenance/reliability
• Identify key strategic items to drive facility customer growth and expansion opportunities on the
• Collaborate with a dotted line with the Corporate CSM and function as a pod to ensure top-down and
• Quarterback optimal facility level experience, including training, onboarding, IoT issues, and
• Interface with Product and Engineering teams regarding customer feedback to shape product roadmap
• Establish post-implementation adoption activities to closely monitor success of customer initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer facing capacity with knowledge in vibration analysis, reliability, &amp
• Vibration Analysis CAT II+ Certification (nice-to-have, not mandatory)
• Customer centric: relationship builder, customer advocate, cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communicator: ability to explain technical/vibration data to non-technical audiences
• Bi-lingual a plus (Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, German, or French)
