Renewals Manager, EMEA

📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs
• Collaborate with Implementation, Account Managers, and Customer Success to ensure contract terms
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and escalations.
• Maintain and improve contract templates, processes, and policies to ensure consistency and
• Monitor contract performance and compliance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Support internal stakeholders with guidance on contractual obligations and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related field.
• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, contract law, and negotiation strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
