📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Renewals Representatives, providing sales leadership, guidance, coaching
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members through effective coaching, recognition
• Lead performance management through individual learning plans, performance feedback, and career
• Address performance concerns in a timely and appropriate manner by identifying leading indicators
• Develop succession plans and workforce plans to ensure ongoing business continuity and future
• Collaborate with EMEA Renewals leadership and Sales counterparts to ensure effective alignment and

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success leading virtual teams with 5+ years of exceptional direct people leader
• Experience leading a renewal or inside sales team, processing both high volume / high value
• Degree in business, sales or marketing, or related field; or relevant work experience.
• Proven track record of sale attainment and people's leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated success managing and growing renewals or sales teams with a heavy focus on recurring
• Strong understanding of subscription-based business models.
