Renewals Specialist

📋 Description

• Proactively manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned Public Sector accounts, owning
• Understand the unique considerations associated with government and Public Sector customers
• Engage customers approximately 120 days in advance of renewal to understand requirements, establish
• Prepare renewal quotes, order forms, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with MongoDB
• Navigate longer and more complex procurement cycles, coordinating closely with customers and

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales, renewals, account management, or revenue role
• Demonstrated experience owning deals or commercial outcomes through close, including renewals
• Experience working with Public Sector, government, education, or other highly regulated customers
• Familiarity with Public Sector procurement processes, contracting requirements, government buying
• A track record of strong performance against defined targets, metrics, or goals.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to a diverse
