• Act as first point of contact for customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and
• Greet and guide customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs
• Prepare rental agreements and upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and
• Meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by
• Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, organized, service-oriented

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer
• Experience from retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental with service-oriented
• Excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
• Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure
• Willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays with flexible
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record and authorized to work in US without sponsorship
