📋 Description

• Serve as first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service
• Greet and guide customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs
• Prepare rental agreements and upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and
• Meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling
• Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, staying organized and service-oriented

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience
• Experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental
• Excellent verbal communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer interaction
• Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thriving under pressure
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and authorization to work in the US without
