📋 Description

• First point of contact for customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• Greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs
• Prepare rental agreements and upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and
• Meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling
• Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience
• Valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
• Willing to work various shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record
