📋 Description

• Ensure client satisfaction and manage the vehicle fleet
• Handle rental contracts and client inquiries efficiently and with a customer-oriented approach
• Actively advise clients on the vehicle fleet, additional services, and insurance products
• Resolve complaints and incidents with empathy and efficiency
• Record and update client information in systems accurately

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about sales and providing excellent customer service
• Experience in direct customer service, preferably in services, tourism, or commercial sales
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
• Flexible, team-oriented, willing to work shifts including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver's license for driving vehicles
