Repair Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities to ensure compliance with
• Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other
• Ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and
• Collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key
• Provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of management experience; fleet maintenance experience preferred
• ASE certification and/or a bachelor's degree is a plus
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, collision repair, systems, and components
• Excellent organizational skills to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
