Reputation Management Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage guest reviews and ratings across relevant platforms, including reviewing feedback, rating
• Identify recurring themes, service concerns, and opportunities for improvement in guest reviews
• Partner with local market teams and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve guest
• Coordinate the complete unit termination process, from initial notification through final
• Maintain complete and accurate records of guest concerns, review responses, unit terminations, and
• Work closely with local teams and internal departments to coordinate responsibilities, manage

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a guest-facing, customer service, customer support, or similar
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, vacation rentals, or related industries is highly
• A college education is strongly preferred, although equivalent practical experience and
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows, deadlines, follow-up
• A high degree of accuracy when updating systems, managing documentation, responding to reviews, and
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly

🎁 Benefits

• $20–$23 per hour, less applicable payroll deductions and required withholdings.
