Requirement Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive the requirements engineering process throughout the entire software lifecycle, from ideation
• Elicit, analyze, and align business requirements with stakeholders and domain experts.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional
• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure shared understanding of requirements and business
• Assess the impact of functional and technical changes on existing processes and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or System Analyst.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record in analyzing and specifying requirements for complex software solutions.
• Strong experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Solid SQL knowledge and understanding of data models, APIs, and system integrations.
• Technical understanding of end-to-end processes and distributed system landscapes.
