📋 Description

• Lead strategic expansion and commercial performance of pre-owned categories (Bags, Jewellery
• Own category strategy end-to-end: define curation rules, price-positioning models, inventory
• Establish and refine merchandise curation guidelines by subcategory, brand, cost cohort, and model
• Analyze conversion metrics by supplier and subcategory to fine-tune sourcing criteria and optimize
• Oversee global inventory health, time-to-sell (TTS), sell-through rates (STR) to identify trends
• Collaborate with Tech and Sales teams on automated market intelligence and pricing tools to

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Merchandise Planning, Commercial Analytics, or
• Strong analytical capabilities; able to interpret performance dashboards across sales, sell-through
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, namely Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI
• Strong commercial acumen with focus on commercial metrics and data-driven decision-making
• Fluent in English (written and spoken - mandatory)
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across internal teams (Tech, Operations, Sales), strong
