📋 Description

• Assessing, grading, and triaging returned items to decide the best route for each unit
• Setting pricing and resale strategy to maximise recovery value, balancing speed of sale against
• Listing and presenting items across resale channels, with accurate titles, photos, descriptions
• Managing stock flow: keeping aging inventory low, clearing slow movers, and prioritising high-value
• Choosing between bulk and individual resale (liquidation lots or piece-by-piece) based on which
• Tracking recovery rate, sell-through, inventory aging, and margin per unit, and refining strategy

🎯 Requirements

• eCommerce resale experience
• Online marketplace selling (eBay or similar) experience
• Liquidation or returns and reverse logistics experience
• Strong commercial and pricing judgement
• Comfortable with margin and recovery calculations
• Sharp eye for detail when grading condition and writing listings
