📋 Description

• Collect and analyse property market indicators for quarterly commentary.
• Manage aggregation and maintenance of comparable sales and trends.
• Contribute to thought leadership research, presentations and PR.
• Support technology strategies to enhance the Research business.
• Collaborate with the National Research team to improve datasets.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of property market data.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Property Economics, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in research, property or data analytics.
• Interest in property markets and data analysis.
• Experience in data management and analytics.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; advanced Excel highly regarded.
• Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools.
