Research Analyst — Equity Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Conduct due diligence on issuers, vendors, and partners.
• Build commercial and financial models for product structures and pricing.
• Research equity capital markets to benchmark products and participants.
• Prepare memos and presentations for senior decisions.
• Track ECM developments, deals, and market conditions.
• Support lifecycle from research through to deal execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in ECM or investment banking
• Solid understanding of ECM and IPOs, follow-ons
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders
• A genuine self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and initiative
• Familiarity with digital assets, tokenization, or appetite to bring ECM on-chain
