Research Assistant - Student Worker

📋 Description

• Support the implementation of mixed-methods research and evaluation activities, including
• Manage research data by cleaning, organizing, documenting, and preparing information for analysis.
• Conduct qualitative coding and thematic analysis under the guidance of the faculty Principal
• Assist with quantitative analysis, including descriptive statistics and basic trend analysis.
• Contribute to process mapping and documentation of workflows, partnerships, and project dynamics.
• Synthesize research findings in alignment with evaluation questions and learning objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, organizational leadership, public administration, education, or a
• Current enrollment in a doctoral program in a relevant discipline.
• Graduate-level experience with qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods research methodologies.
• Preferred experience in program evaluation, applied research, or community-based research.
• Experience in mission-driven environments is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
