Process patient samples for RNA and DNA extraction
Perform downstream assays including qPCR
Follow SOPs for scientific purposes with guidance
Isolation and cryopreservation of intact RNA, miRNA and DNA from clinical patient samples of all
Quantification and QC evaluation of nucleic acid samples including Agilent Tapestation
Plan and conduct DNA and RNA purification projects at various scales and from different material

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry or Life Sciences with at least 2 years of relevant
DNA and RNA purification experience
qPCR/qRT-PCR experience
Molecular-based quantitation assays such as Ribogreen, Picogreen and spectrophotometric assessment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel; familiar with Softmax Pro
Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
