Research Associate II

📋 Description

• Execute, analyze, and report results for biological assays for preclinical program
• Plan and execute experiments to measure inhibitory activity of small molecule drug candidates
• Adhere to company standards and compliance in current industry standards and practices
• Adhere to safety regulations for handling and disposing of human plasma/serum and reagents
• Maintain laboratory notebooks and forms in accordance with company policies
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of laboratory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemistry, Genetics, Molecular Biology or Pharmacology
• 4-5 years in Pharmaceutical Diagnostic in R&D or GLP environment
• Knowledge of GLP practice desired
• Skills in immunoassay and biochemical assay
• Laboratory experience with Western Blotting and SDS-PAGE is preferred
• Basic knowledge of immunoassays and fluorescence biochemistry
