📋 Description

• Lead research operations; define vision, roadmap, and OKRs.
• Build scalable recruitment infrastructure with self-service access.
• Harness a research community; create coordination systems for scalable contributions.
• Define ethics and data governance standards; privacy workflows guaranteed.
• Automate non-human tasks with AI-powered agents and workflows.
• Partner with leadership to translate insights into organization-wide decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years building and scaling operational systems and governance in staff/principal roles.
• Experience in a tech environment with UX research and product development processes.
• Exposure to UX, market, design research methods; eager to go deeper.
• Experience applying AI tools and building AI-powered workflows for automation.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with Product, Design, Eng, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement.
• Experience with research platforms like Qualtrics, Dovetail, User Interviews, dscout, Figma.
