🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX research or user insights at a high growth B2B SaaS company
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including research on AI-powered
• Demonstrated success in identifying and prioritizing critical assumptions and creating right-sized
• Track record of gaining buy-in from executive stakeholders and cross-disciplinary partners
• Ability to balance speed, rigor, and competing inputs
