📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Entrata’s suite of products and consulting processes
• Develop effective relationships with customers to understand and support their unique business goals
• Deliver comprehensive guidance on system configuration and implementation strategies for Small
• Resolve client concerns professionally and provide clear solutions aligned with business needs
• Maintain ongoing communication with project team members to ensure seamless project execution
• Support improvements in consulting methodology by identifying opportunities for process enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of customer service and consulting within a SaaS or software implementation
• Proficient communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently on moderately complex assignments
• Ability to identify and resolve non-standard problems using professional knowledge and Entrata best
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in SaaS, consulting, or property management implementation
