Resolve and negotiate a high-volume caseload efficiently
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in a case
Review and evaluate case files to determine legal strategy
Independently assess case value, including reviewing QME reports and conducting depositions if
Calculate demands – Total Temporary Disability, Permanent Disability, Future Medical, etc.
Handle case negotiations and settlements

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of legal Workers' Compensation experience
Proven track record of the ability to meet or exceed settlement metric requirements
Strong knowledge of California Workers' Compensation regulations
Expertise in EAMS, E-filing, and the AME/PQME process
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze legal documents on digital platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
