📋 Description

• Contribute to the evolution of our Resource Management function, including team structure, data
• Design and operationalize allocation models across long-term team-based and short-term task-based
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on how best to deploy talent across accounts
• Partner with client teams and practice excellence leaders to ensure alignment between talent supply
• Maintain a centralized, real-time view of resource management metrics (e.g., utilization and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in resource management, workforce planning, or operations, ideally within a professional

• Executive presence and credibility to influence and advise senior leaders, including C-level
