📋 Description

• Define and execute the Construction & Facilities strategy in line with the French market's
• Lead construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects, ensuring delivery on time, within
• Manage, coach, and develop the Construction & Facilities team to ensure high levels of
• Secure optimal allocation of internal and external resources based on priorities and project
• Develop and manage a strong network of contractors, suppliers, and service partners to support
• Oversee negotiations, contract management, and budget control related to projects and Facilities

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Facility
• At least 5 years of experience in Construction, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a similar
• Proven experience in team management and leading complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of technical building systems, including HVAC, electrical installations, fire
• Experience in procurement, supplier management, contract negotiations, and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Power BI, and project management tools.
