📋 Description

• Take charge of home help requests from prospects: assessment of needs, development of the support
• Propose suitable auxiliaries to the situations and needs of beneficiaries
• Manage the intervention schedule of auxiliaries
• Supervise services and ensure the quality of service and the satisfaction of beneficiaries and
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with health and medico-social professionals in the
• Provide precise reporting of actions to the agency manager

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in personal services and with auxiliaries, beneficiaries, and local
• AND/OR Diploma (BTS, Master...) or training in the field of personal services / health and social
• Listening and customer service orientation
• Strong autonomy, adaptability, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability and pleasure to work in a team
• Taste for field and operational work, with strong work capacity and commitment
