Responsible Gaming (RG) Lead

📋 Description

• Own and improve responsible gambling program, policies and procedures
• Run player risk monitoring day to day
• Review player interventions and improve player protection tools
• Handle escalated RG cases including sensitive conversations and decisions
• Maintain self-exclusion and return-to-play processes
• Partner with Marketing, CRM and VIP teams to align promotions with RG risk

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in responsible gambling or player protection including regulated gambling business
• Handled complex cases and improved processes or programs
• Understand Ontario's iGaming framework including AGCO expectations
• Experience with player data, case management tools, and reporting dashboards
• Empathy, sound judgement, and clear communication
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and challenge commercial decisions
