Retail Account Manager (RAM) – NRS & Retail Services

📋 Description

• Drive sales for NRS Point-of-Sale (POS) devices, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances to new and
• Manage an assigned route with a weekly cycle to visit retail stores, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Prospect and go door-to-door to expand IDT and NRS presence in the territory.
• Onboard new customers, drive the merchant application process, and provide light
• Manage sales, cash/payment collections, and telecom card inventory using IDT's accounting system.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles; prior exposure to
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license, a reliable car, and willingness to travel door-to-door daily within
• Tech savvy with basic MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment.
• Resilient, people-oriented, with attention to detail, strong presentation skills, and multitasking
