📋 Description

• Drive consistent execution of company standards, operating procedures, and performance expectations
• Achieve district revenue targets by developing and executing sales strategies, leveraging business

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, including at least 3+ years leading multiple
• Proven success driving sales growth, improving profitability, and achieving business objectives
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams while creating a culture
• Track record of developing Store Managers and future leaders through coaching, succession planning
• Experience leading teams through periods of growth, organizational change, acquisitions, new store
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze KPIs, identify opportunities, and execute
